I am a Project Lead at Initiative Offene Gesellschaft e.V. (IOG), a non-profit organization that aims to strengthen open and democratic societies in Germany and Europe. With over six years of experience in conflict resolution and mediation, I lead and coordinate the realization of an interim documentation center on the NSU complex in Chemnitz until 2025.In this role, I collaborate with local partners, stakeholders, and authorities to create a platform for constructive and inclusive (un)learning about the violent crimes and institutional failures that shook the country and especially marginalized communities. As a conflict moderator and process developer my mission is to promote a culture of mutual understanding, respect, and accountability for the betterment of divided societies.
