- Coordinate with senior electrical engineers and achieve hands-on experience on coal fire plant power generation and power transformers, circuit breakers.- Develop and write work instructions for PCB rework as well as programming and test procedures.- Support EMC, ESD transient testing.- Design PLC schematics for system relaying and protection.- Test embedded designs at the PCBA level and for EMC compliance.- Design, fabricate and debug PC board test fixtures for production PC boards.- Design RTL modules in Verilog HDL to develop algorithms in Matlab, and verify them by writing test benches.- Work in a research and development environment, designing print circuit board (PCB) assemblies from concept to production.- Modele electrical and mechanical components in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for manufacturing.- Perform board/FPGA level functional debug via simulation for military aircraft weapons deployment system- Implement and approve design control procedures for electrical development in accordance with NEC guidelines.
