As a customer service professional with a high school diploma from Riviera High School, I have gained valuable experience in various roles related to credit card and telecommunication services. My core competencies include customer support, communication, and fraud detection, which I have applied in different settings and scenarios. Most recently, I worked as a Fraud Analyst at RBC, where I engaged with clients through inbound calls, managed risks by adhering to compliance routines, and analyzed credit card accounts for fraudulent activities. Previously, I was a Financial Service Advisor at NTT, working in partnership with Capital One, and a Customer Service Representative at MSI Corp, making outbound calls to upsell Bell services. In these roles, I helped customers with card activations, account closures, billing issues, and program changes, as well as provided information about the different products and offers available. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can contribute to the team's success and deliver an outstanding client experience. I am eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the customer service field, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization.
