Current• Managing and Following-Up for Contractors’ - Supervisors and Technicians - during daily Preventive and Corrective work activities and during TAR Scopes.• Leading Maintenance team and Contractors during Unit Shutdown to Safely Completion of designated scopes of work, report any failures not included in the work scope.• Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to continuously improve product delivery. • On Job Training for Contractors’ Technicians to understand and apply the Correct Maintenance Techniques.• Helping deliver the safe, efficient and timely start-up of Plant Units after Turnarounds.• Completing all activities in a timely accurate and efficient manner in accordance with procedures and work instructions. • Reviewing weekly maintenance activities and plan/arrange resources for execution.• Responsible for carrying out Safety Critical, breakdown, routine and corrective maintenance.• Performing and Supervising Critical CM/PM tasks on Sour Process / Plant Equipment.• Hands on Maintenance and Troubleshooting on all field instruments, Control valves, MOV’s and Troubleshooting for DCS, VMS, TGS, F&G and ESD system alarms.• Hands on BMS “Burner Management System” based on HIMA controllers for Fired Gas Heater Maintenance and Troubleshooting.• Hands on Maintenance and Troubleshooting Ultrasonic Flow Transmitters.• Inspecting of Recently Received Materials from Vendors at Warehouse Prior to final acceptance.• Leading Workshop team during overhaul maintenance of valves and attend valve testing for Certification.• Ensuring quality assurance of all work scopes are maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with company policies and the Health and Safety at work act.
