 Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements  ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.  Prepare the quality section for all KAP4 projects in monthly dash board to discuss higher management. Prepare the consultant quality reports. Supports the project manager in dealing with the client with the client for all quality matters. Supports the construction roles in the management and control subcontractor. Assesses the implementation of the quality plan and quality control plans on the site. Supports and participate to all internal and external audits. Action and close all customer complaints. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

-Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP).-Preparation of Quality Management System procedures (QMS). -Preparation of Method Statement Procedures (MSP) and all QA documents required. -Control of Concrete and Materials Lab Tests.

-Execute all finishing site works as planned/scheduled.-Supervise the performance of Finishing Foremen and Laborers.-Ensure timeliness in schedule without disregarding quality.-Maintain a punch list of to-do and accomplished works.-Perform daily site inspection/inspection of works-Monitor all finishing works e.g. Painting, Gypsum Boards, and ceilings Tiling, Doors, Windows, Furniture, Carpentry and Masonry Works, Plaster, MEP works. -Monitor inventory, anticipated requirements/purchases and prevent wastage of Construction/finishing materials.- Ensure good finishing quality for all civil and interior works.-Preparation of Correspondences and Reports.-Report, Punch Listing, Activity Report, Manpower Report, Equipment.-Report progress, including schedule updates, data and quantities executed. -Review drawings to implement and coordinate design / shop drawings, and Transmit data to subordinates.-Implement construction strategies and methods in coordination with the section Engineer, and report problems / deviations from design / shop drawings.-Implement Safety Standards in the Project Site-Conduct Performance Evaluation of Finishing Foremen and Laborers-Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

-Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.-Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or Maintenance activities at project site.-Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
