Responsible for issuing and implementing the quality management system for the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO 9001.Review QMS performance regularly and report the QMS performance to management.Liaison with accreditation and certification agency and other external agencies as felt necessary.Plan, organize and where possible participate in audits as required by the company audit schedule and requested by management.Ensure that the integrity of the company QMS is healthy and properly maintained when changes to QMS are planned and implemented.Issuing KPI’s for all company departments.Providing Data Analysis with various techniques.In charge of HSE activities.

Provide day-to-day adequate supervision of testing staff, including trainees, tests activities and report performance to laboratory manager.Provide hand and back-up support to the testing personnel in the performance of all operational tests as and when required.Ensure that the entire laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with stated methods and in full compliance with customers' requirements and the laboratory QMS.Review customer requests, tenders and contracts to ensure lab capability.Evaluate laboratory results and sign test reports before final submission to laboratory Manager.Ensure that purchased supplies, reagents and consumable materials; that affect the testing service quality; are not used until they have been inspected or otherwise verified as complying with standard specifications or requirements defined in the methods for the testing. Contact Maintenance engineers when needed and sign maintenance report after verifying the instrument performance.Act as focal point for all customer communications and accountable for customer satisfaction.Responsible for suggesting the possible expansion of laboratory scope with new methods / parameters, new instrument.Provide orientation and adequate training to the newly join personnel.Assess the competency profile for testing personnel and provide suitable training as needed.Manage laboratory inventory; including spare parts; and handle replenishments requests as and when necessary.Communicate, advice and guide customer in technical matters, and provide opinions and interpretations based on results as applicable and when required.Consistently satisfy customers’ needs and expectations, comply with ISO 17025 requirements, company policies & procedures and other applicable legislations.Ensure that all laboratory safety aspects are strictly followed while performing / supervising job duties.
