Accountable for the IT service management, infrastructure operations and solutions architecture at NYUAD (including data center, command center, client services, service delivery, enterprise solutions engineering and architecture functions). Leading the strategic domain’s objectives by implementing intelligent IT solutions and driving the services transformations.

Accountable for the implementation and operation of all technology infrastructure deployed at ADGM, which includes but not limited to data center, network, databases, Operating Systems, telephony, servers, storage and Backup. The role is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, for all IT systems and services. Defining acceptable standards of end-to-end IT operations; service level agreements, monitoring and reporting on compliance with those standards; and achieving and maintaining maximum operational efficiency.

Accountable for Government Entities onboarding process onto Abu Dhabi Government Network (ADNET), from analyzing the entities Govt-2-Govt service requirements to the services provisioning. Managing IT projects related to ADNET enhancements and looking after overall ADNET service operations/ delivery management.

Managing the professional services team that consists of Network and Security Division, Systems and Storage Division, and Data Center and Cabling Division. the team is responsible for presales, projects implementation and post-sales activities.

Part of the Integrated Technology Services team responsible for presales, projects implementation and post-sales activities.

Part of a Government Entity; Telecommunication and Information Technology support team responsible for maintaining, supporting and monitoring the network infrastructure.
