Current· Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, BluAdmin, and Jira to efficiently manage and resolve diverse business support requests, enhancing overall workflow.· Troubleshoot complex issues, such as tax failures in billing cycles, by meticulously analyzing account details and product information.
