- Develop the company QMS and improve it in accordance with AS 9100 & ISO 9001.- Ensuring execution process are meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.- Organize and lead the annual management review to summarize last year's site performance, past goals, and objectives for the coming year.- Define the company policy and its objectives.- Follow & manage the internal nonconformity products.- Identify and manage the actions to mitigate the risk.Measure the effectiveness of the actions implemented to ensure the mitigation ofthe risks.- Determined method to evaluate and measure customer satisfaction (product and service conformity, on-time delivery performance, customer complaints, and corrective action requests)- Perform and define the scope of internal audit and surveillance assessment for the supplier procedures.- Identify the context of the organization and determine the external and internal issues that will lead to the impact of the company strategy.- Identify the process KPI (indicators, frequency & Objectives).- Prepare the special process qualification for the aeronautical manufacturingindustry (Airbus, Safran, Embraer)

-Prepare and monitor the Inspection test plan (ITP) as per design & manufacturing requirements of precision products of aerospace,defense,oil and gas.-Manage and control non conformance products.-Check the measurement instruments are available and capable to inspect the precision machined parts and assemblies.- Internal Auditing to ensure the compliance of (AS9100:2016 , ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018)requirements.- First Article inspection to verify that the production process, documentation , and tooling are capable of producing parts and assemblies that meet requirements.-Prepare,review and follow up the nonconformity report ( NCR).- Propose correction, corrective and preventive action.- Analyze the supplier failures.-Validate the Supplier Action plan.- Documentation review and update the Incoming Inspection process - Analyze and investigate to define the root cause of the failures and implement the proper actions.- Programing and operating Coordinate measures machine ( CMM ) PC-DMIS Software.
