- Build effective communication channels with users in the sector.- Study the proposals related to protect users' rights and improve their experience.- Managing user protection processes and improving their experience.- Study the needs of users, and find the necessary solutions.

- Preparing the appropriate standards and procedures for issuing, renewing, modifying or revoking telecom services.- Developing the objectives and plans of the License Department and implementing projects that contribute to the achievement of these goals.- Reviewing and approving the studies of the applications submitted to CITC for (issuance, renewal, cancellation) after meeting the requirements and conditions.- Converting the services licensed by CITC into electronic services and linking them to Meras platform.- Supervising and following up the requests received from (Government agencies, Visitors interview,Telephone calls, E-mail) and respond to their inquiries.- Preparing Public Consultation documents and analyzing the received responses.- Participating in preparing rules and procedures for monitoring the performance of licensed entities.- Participating in preparing and reviewing regulatory framework documents.- Preparing the necessary reports on the licensed services and companies licensed by CITC.- Determining the financial fees for licenses to provide telecommunication services in coordination with the Ministry of Finance (MOF).- Participating in the Investment Licensing Committee - to improve business performance in the private sector (Tayseer) Committee as part of Saudi Vision 2030 in coordination with the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).- Working with The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) on the National Classification of Economic Activities (ISIC4) guide to review and add activities that are related to ICT services.- Participating in preparing the requirements and conditions for issuing, renewing and revoking Post licenses (Parcels Transport).- Prepare the procedures and requirements of Implementing the Post licenses (Parcels Transport) electronic system.- Representing the CITC in several working committees.

-Preparing the requirements and conditions to issue, renew and cancel Licenses based on the CITC Telecommunications Act and Bylaw.- Issuing, renewing, amending and canceling Licenses based on the terms and conditions of the service.- Following up the Licensees and ensuring their compliance with the terms and conditions of the service.- Preparing a database for Licenses issued, renewed, amended and canceled and updating them.- Participating in preparing the conditions for adding business activities related to telecommunications and information technology services to the Commercial Registration and study incoming applications.- Prepare regulatory documents related to the provision of telecommunication services.- Participating in preparing public consultation documents and analyzing the responses received.

- Establishing the Regulatory Policies for Telecommunications services aiming to organize these services.- Preparing the requirements and conditions to issue, renew and cancel Licenses based on the CITC Telecommunications Act and Bylaw.- Issuing, renewing, amending and canceling Licenses based on the terms and conditions of the service.
