- Carrying out system/equipment qualification (IQ, OQ and PQ) in accordance with the EU GMP guidelines. - Preparation of process and cleaning validations.- Evaluation and implementation of internal change requests (change controls).- Review and comparison of the specifications with the user requirements.- Preparation of risk analyses (RA).- Support with deviation and CAPA processing.- Creation and revision of area-specific SOPs and VMPs.

Internship in the areas of measurement technology, qualification, validation and planning. - The preparation and execution of RA, DQ, IQ, OQ and validation of cleanrooms and HVAC systems according to the EU GMP guidelines and DIN EN ISO standards in the qualification and validation department.- Performing regular testing in current projects regarding cleanrooms, including air velocity, differential pressure, filter leakage test, recovery time, air cleanliness class and air change rate in measurement technology.- Carrying out the concept planning of cleanrooms and HVAC systems in the planning department.

Internship in quality assurance- Assistance in checking the friability of tablets with regard to breaking strength and disintegration time.- Assistance in checking the room conditions with regard to cleaning, temperature and pressure.
