The assignment responsibility is to finalize the design for each C4ISR technology based on the contract requirement, customer needs and required functionality. Follow system development cycle, documenting requirements, and then proceeding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete integrated solution.

Managing a technical team with a budget of work packages of each milestone delivery to the project. The project has different site types configuration requirements (Tower, Sector, Region and Headquarter). The responsibilities and achievements are:• Listed SIE contract system, element and component requirements• Surveyed and analyzed customer infrastructure for interface integration • Built an integrated IT platform design with the existing customer systems• Built an integrated LAN infrastructure design with the WAN provider network• Issued a test Lab SoW and implement it to verify and validate the integrated IT/LAN/WAN design.• Issued IT/LAN SoWs for each technology to the suppliers based on the final tested design outcomes from the lab.• Knowledge transfer and technical support for the rollout stages up to the site handover to the customer.

The responsibilities were having 300+ IP/MPLS, 1000+ DWDM/SDH and two NOC sites to be delivered to the customer. This includes design, implementation and handover.
