I was selected for a structured medical internship at Gulf Medical University. I was posted to the Anatomy Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Liju Susan Mathew of the College of Medicine. As part of the internship, I also enjoyed informative visits to Thumbay Labs as well as the Rehabilitation & Dental Hospitals.Lastly, I sat in lectures on a wide range of topics- from infection control to vital signs. I am particularly proud of obtaining a first aid certification, which gave me a practical understanding of human physiology.
