Responsible for planning, managing and guiding the development and implementation of health and safety policies, strategies, programs, standards.Ensuring that the occupational safety strategy plan is prepared and shared with all stakeholders on behalfSupervising:· Incident reporting and investigations· Carrying out sites’ safety inspections record observation and suggested improvement.· Inspecting conformity of all operations practiced to current and local occupational safety laws and specifications, -keeping staff in all sits fully informed of the PMC health and safety program and applicable legislative requirements.· Assisting with audits for ISO45001, ISO14001.· Assisting in the creation and coordination of annual audits and inspection schedules for accounts, undertaking providing support for operational.· Develop, maintain and improve the business integrated management system to underpin QHSE and operating standards· Assisting with the implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, guidance notes, and standards.· Promoting the QHSE management system to all staff.· Highlighting any risks and suggesting mitigating corrective actions.· Act as a reference point in HSE matters, providing guidance support management, employees vendors, suppliers on HSE standards and practices.· Inform management decision-making process on HSE matters, using data analysis, insights, trends patterns.· Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE standards and the relevance to business objectives.
