- Coordinating with the commercial team, agents and aramex offices to ensure all RFQ's are answered and ensure to achieve their targets.- Communicating with the sales team, agents and aramex offices for providing any new offer updates that benefit our customers.- Approaching airlines and vendors for providing and securing net cost.- Negotiating with airlines, truckers, and clearance vendors to provide the best cost of services.- Maintaining relationships with vendors ( airlines, trucking vendors, packing vendors ) to provide proper handling.- Uploading quotation on system using Cargowise platform.- Following up on day to day activities of shipments and updating customers.- Following up on payment flow to airlines and vendors in case of any delay or discrepancy.- Interference with the accounting team to facilitate any payment issues for vendors.- Closing files with the invoicing team and settlement of cases.
