• Participate from scratch in company founding from the day one. Starting from calculation of the capacity of production required, putting layout, machines list and specifications according to capacities. Prepare the request for quotations for all equipments required. Studying he machine offers from the different suppliers and make a technical &financial comparisons. Sharing the financial negotiations after fix and approved all the technical matters. Make the finical acceptance test at the supplier’s premises according to the contract and capacities and give the suppliers acceptance before shipping. Make test performance grantees after machines installations. Put the utilities’ required for all plant and follow up the electromechanical contractor. Monitoring all activities to meet the schedule of plant completions.• Prepare the stuff of production and maintenance and arrange the training course for all of them to be capable to use and maintain the more recently CNC machines.• Establishing the production system and documents to monitoring the production activities.• Leading a team of 1750 employees consisting of factories managers, production managers, maintenance managers’ workshops managers, production engineers, supervisors, foremen and labors and database entry officers and supervising the Subcontractors’ blasting and painting
