CurrentEstablished of Project Management Licensing at RACA, I championed the supervision and control of high-impact humanitarian and developmental initiatives funded by Qatar.Refined processes, removed barriers, and finalized operational procedures for overseas-funded programs. By seamlessly integrating NGOs’ project lifecycle processes with RACA’s system-based compliance licensing, supervision, and inspection, I ensured effective oversight and good governance.Conducted technical and operational training workshop series for Qatari non-profit senior managers, institutionalized a comprehensive program cycle management framework. Through mentoring and coaching, I empowered senior managers in implementation of PCM, high-impact assessment, and M&EL system.I streamlined data analysis, project evaluation, and business planning for non-profit organizations, aligning them with RACA’s regulations and risk-based approaches. Therefore, contributed to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs) and Qatar’s vision for 2030.Conducted financial reviews, project lifecycle assessments, and promoted OECD-DAC evaluation methodologies, ensured value for money and tracked high-impact legacies.Structured RACA’s Project Management Section, by improving licensing processes, compliance, audit and transparency. Introduced audit system which enhanced governance for Qatari NGOs.In shaping the Qatari Humanitarian sector strategy for 2030, I integrated social inclusion, economic resilience, and improved access to services for all. Promoted the best practices in business planning and strategic operational performance, provided oversight audits for sustainable project impact. Our focus on knowledge management transformed RACA into a learning organization.Lastly, by integrating strategic projects and initiatives into the 2030 Qatar Humanitarian and International Cooperation Strategic Plan, we strengthened Qatar’s soft power in the region, optimizing aid assistance programs for maximum impact."
