• Prepare and issue of local and Area financial reports (plan, Update, LBE, ect).• Participate in interpretation of operating results as they affect the financial position of the Company against relevant benchmarks, and make recommendations to management which will result in a performance correction.• Provide GM & management team with financial assessments and information that will ensure planning and budgeting activities meet affiliate goals.• Participate in the development of short and long term strategies, objectives and plans. Co-ordinate the implementation of agreed financial plan.• Coordinate with the GM in Developing appropriate finance strategies and implement the programs with country’s BUM in accordance with the Company’s GMI strategies.• Take the leadership of leading the affiliate Management Team in developing all Plan/Update/LRP and other forecasts, ensuring reasonableness on an absolute, as well as, performance basis.• Highlight and communicate to local management & Area management any foreseeable potential upside or exposure issues and prepare an action plan to cover up any gaps versus plan/LBE.• Support management team in new business development and contract management.• Ensure adequate internal financial controls and administrative procedures are maintained for all affiliates.• Financial evaluation of future business opportunities & impact of risks• Prepare profitability analysis for strategic acceleration projects.• Develop and Monitor the expense budget by country / cost center and highlight potential exposures to avoid overspending.• Analyze and review monthly results in terms of sales, margin & expenses achievements vs plan/LBE.• Ensure implementation & compliance with all company’s policies and procedures with the intent of preventing exposures to the affiliate.• Act as initial point of contact for external parties (eg. legal consultant, insurance company, distributors).

• Provide MEAP regional management team with monthly financial reporting package for consolidated international commercial financial results.• Assist in financial evaluation of future business opportunities & impact of risks• Provide financial analysis and support to regional operating mangers & commercial manager - Levant on strategic planning, budgeting & monitoring. • Regional HQ expenses planning, performance monitoring and variance analysis.• Assist the Regional Finance Director in the preparation of MEAP region consolidated Plans, Updates and LBE's.• Analysis/interpretation of monthly results and liaison with functional groups to determine future exposures against current benchmark and identify opportunities.• Analyze and review monthly results (accounts) and develop commentary in conjunction with Affiliates’ finance teams as to variations to benchmarks for all Product Divisions.• Consolidate and report to Area the region monthly reports as required as per Area monthly calendar• Special projects as directed by the Regional Finance Director and Regional Director.• Assist in the specialized analysis of potential acquisitions and performance monitoring of the various product groups within the division by country.• Develop and Monitor the expense budget for MEAP regional office (cost center) and highlight potential exposures to avoid overspending.• Prepare profitability analysis for strategic acceleration projects.• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management. • Perform ROI and payback analysis on new products, growth acceleration plans and major capital expenditures.
