* Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.*Generate financial statements* Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations andjournal entries.* Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting taskswithin deadlines.* responsible for all customer accounts and collections*Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financialpolicies and procedures*Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying,computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data*Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits*Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accountedfor and properly posted.*Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues*Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders andcontacting clients*Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzinginvoice/expense reports; recording entries.* Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal idnumbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order,contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuringcredit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments orpurchase order amendments.* Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requestsfor advances; preparing checks.
