Principle Accountability:• Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role eg. AR,AP,GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.• Review & approve payment vouchers & Journal entries.• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

• Analyze manufacturing cost including cost of goods sold, Manufacturing variances and inventory adjustments by using the ERP and monthly stocktaking to safe ground of the company current assets usage control.• Project the impact of changes to product cost resulting from possible changes in manufacturing process, scale and capacities by assessing the current situation vs. the other opportunities to achieve maximum benefits to the shareholders.• Support development of site annual expense budget by issuing a monthly report along with the monthly meeting with the factories manager in order to highlight the key issue and corrective actions. • Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.• Advice management about issues such as resources utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.• Review overhead allocation and revise standards costs as appropriate by evaluating the current month actual results to minimize variances.• Support other accounting activities as needed. • Assist manufacturing and material departments in understanding product cost and potential cost reduction opportunities by reviewing the actual results with the various dept. heads in order to achieve the down top budget control. • Assist the supply chain manager for the manufacturing annual budget preparation by using the ERP and providing the historical data with recommending outlook for the coming period.• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.• Achieve company's objective / set departmental objectives & KPI'S.• Execute the quality management system & followed to comply with ISO 9000-2008• Working in accordance with the documented OHSAS-EMS procedures and instructions, Specific responsibilities defined in individual procedures and instructions.

• Assist in the analysis of financial data, extract and define relevant information: interpret data by using Oracle ERP and spread sheets for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.• Review costs and perform cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs by using the business objects and statistical software to provide valuable data for the decision.• Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the Oracle system by importing the data then prepare the required analysis in order to provide the various departments with the actual vs. budget information.• Interpret financial transactions, and events for users who must make economic or business decisions by developing the statistical software in order to save time and money.• Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.• On a regular and continuous basis, exercise administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.• By using the Oracle (ERP) and business objects I review costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs for decision making.• Examine financial information by using the Oracle (ERP), Business object and financial planning model in order to make sound suggestions to businesses on how to use the resources efficiently.• Assist in the analysis of financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.• Liaising among manufacturing sales and marketing by attending the demand forecast meetings to update the financial data and provide the top management with the needed information for the decision making.

Estimation department:• Preparing the estimation & Quotations in the field of offset printing to get out to selling price.• The estimation including choosing the best materials for any printing job.• Determine the production stages and their roles and the expected time.• Determine the required workers to finish all the stages of production.• Combine all the previous steps with the suitable prices and giving a price offer for clients.
