Operation specialist1- pickup shipments from VIP customers to start delivering it 2- sort every shipment by address 3- give every courier their shipments depending on the area they cover.4- track shipments with couriers (time between delivery , fake updates , solve problems for courier , count signed shipments for every courier ) in order to make a report about courier for the hub leader 5- checking the number of returned shipments and the reason behind it6- assortment of returned shipments depending on ( deliver another day , customer don't need the shipment, and etc,)7- Repackage faulty and damaged orders. 8- Inspection for prohibited and hazardous items before shipping.

Three jobs were easily executed at the subway warehouse:1- Assistant warehouse manager, daily email checking, organizing the manager's schedule, and providing LPO for what subway sites need were done whenever it was needed, Also, all products before it was received into the store were identified and inspected using high calibration skills.2- Data entry, scanning and listing all products [tools, consumables, cables, materials and boxes]data, serial numbers, bills in order to provide a clear and understandable inventory report. This process included intensive excel skills that included automated formulas in order to easily update the inventory report.3- Label engraver, high technical skills were added while using the Roland EGX-350  engraving machine in order to engrave serial numbers on plastic sheets.Moreover, more skills were added during the short time spent in the purchase department
