CurrentLeading and managing 75 direct reports effectively with personnel of diverse nationalities from technicians, foreman & engineers and working in challenging and diverse environments within strict timelines.• Responsible for all operational activities on site for the following departments (Mechanical-Electrical-Civil-Work control center) including assumption of ownership of facilities, interfacing with client, organizing of contractors and planning and scheduling of routine activities and maintenance interventions follow up testing and commissions of the projects.1. Organizes and directs the proper preventive and corrective maintenance of all building structures, electrical, mechanical, architectural, and emergency systems in university, clinical, academic, administrative and auxiliary facilities through the effective and efficient use of labor and materials.2. Coordinates and aligns the utilities infrastructure systems and plant operations concerns and issues with the strategic direction of the university and the academic calendar.3. Assign’s work, establishes priorities, delegates authorities, establishes and maintains a formal means of accountability on the part of subordinates.4. Ensures that every day’s activities run smoothly. Makes day-to-day operational decisions of the Division; assists subordinates as required and requested with advice and expertise on technical issues and concerns related to campus and building scale infrastructure systems; investigates alternate options and methods.5. Develops and implements long and short-term plans and activities to effectively and efficiently manage the King Saud Bin Abdul Aziz Sports City buildings and site needs related to maintenance and operations.6. Develops and directs programs to operate and maintain the facilities and systems in safe and efficient manner, and to provide a safe, clean environment for all students, staff and employees in accordance with standards and regulations.
