Acting Project In Charge, majored in maintenance of Saudi Electricity company (SCECO) Trucks and Equipment.1- Responsible for receiving equipment from users, record complains and breakdowns. 2- Prepare an initial Maintenance Report with working hours, spare parts needed, then forward it to SCECO in order to open Purchase Order.3- Arranging with Spare Parts agencies to procure the needed items, (with Major companies as GCC Olayan, AAA and Ranco).4- Preparation of Customer Invoices.5- Payment Follow Up & Customer Ledger Reconciliation.6- Preparing staff Time sheets for Payroll.

1- Auditing food, beverage and entertainment outlet Sales (Rate and documentary) prepared by Cashiers.2- Booking All Sales in System.3- Auditing All documents of rooms Checking Out next day, checking if rooms billing is correct according to Room Rate and nights accommodated.4- Auditing All Check In rooms, rate as per contract, room type, number of residents as per agency voucher.5- Checking the changes made by precipitants in system like room change, rate code changes .. etc.6- Conducting Rooms Key inventory in reception.7- Supervising performance of our Cashiers, Assigning them to outlets wherever suitable, regular cash spots.8- Preparing summarised Revenue Reports for Financial Controller.9- Preparing detailed revenue reports for Chief Accounts and Income Auditor.10- Preparing a detailed report for any mistakes might found and how I fixed it.11- Assisting Income Auditor in running operation in morning time till the end of my shift.
