Responsible for full operation & maintenance for 2 sites (Wahat & Farafra) including: - More than 6000 feddan planted out of 10000 under reclamation - 2 power stations (5 MW & 2 MW) - 62 pivots including wells, pumps, control & fertilizer units. - A fleet of Tractors ,trucks ,sprayers ,land preparation machines , Land reclamation equipment, planters, land service, harvesters…… All for dealing with the a.m. Area - My job included also preparation of annual budget regarding the farms Fuel & oil consumption, spare parts stocks, consumables, preventive & Predictive maintenance, brake down……. - Reporting to GM

My main task was to build the department :hiring the team ,establishing the system including the flow&design of timely and accurate reports, determine the equipments needed for the process,design & construction of the workshop, tools& spares control , budget preparation and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated cost\revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified. –part of my job was also supervise the implementation of urgent projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (costs budget, timelines, scope and quality) , standards and objectives(including mechanical, civil & electrical ) -Organize & supervise the daily activities & work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the department is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy delivering a quality , cost- effective service . - plan the transportation of schedules consistent with overhauling of the equipment and with the factory needs of the raw material. - decide in tender whether for the transporting for others or transporting company products using other companies. -plan the transportation methods to import or export the factory products - Reporting to Plant Director.

Localisation of spare parts through material selection, geometrical tolerance & part function by making detailed drawings with manufacturing procedure to minimize cost with respect to life time of the part. 5. Responsible for Appling the maintenance programs (according to service manuals) for 2 complete production lines for bottling water + utilities of the lines: Generators, Compressors, chillers, cooling towers, ozone generators & water treatment station including pumps. 6.
