Negotiate favorable terms and conditions while maintaining high-quality standards. - Review all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. for compliance with the relevant terms and conditions of the contract, are maintained and updated.- Maintain records and logs for variations, claims, etc. necessary to ensure the effective administration of all financial and contractual matters.- Facilitate the contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with prior to final payment to contractor/consultant.
