A great mission where I used my knowledge in science and skills in business - marketing.I have determined which product to develop based on a given technology and for which market. to that :Market studies (segments, volumes, prices, competition, primary and secondary informations) in the fields of point care testing and medlabs.Medical liaison with KOLs hemato-oncologist and medlab doctors to understand the patient's care algorithms, the unmet medical needs and expectations on the field.Analysis of the scientific litterature to help orienting the medical marketing.Reglamentation and reimbursement policies in European countries, Japan, and Brazil.Market pull and techno push approaches.Calculations of production costs and potential margins.Several deliverables.

During this exciting R&D project management experience, I used cell biology, biochemistry and genetics to focus on cell division / kinases / Phosphatases / to answer outsanding questions. I led 2 main projects that have been valorized in 3 publiations.I largely implemented sustainably challenging cell culture, “homemade” antibodies and transgenic models.For this I:- Conceived the goals and prepared the road maps.- Obtained funds.- Defined the resources and established the plannings and documentation.- Set-up and implemented new protocoles and quality controls- Managed the day-to-day execution of te projects in a team of 5 people.- Reported and discussed gradually the results in decision-oriented meetings.- Travelled abroad to set an international collaboration and successfull technology transfer.- Wrote articles and prepared oral presentations for internal and external communications : at least 2 seminars and conferences yearly . - scientific expert committee member for project evaluation in international conferences.

During my PhD I wanted to understand how and when key cell cycle proteins regulate the peculiar process of chromosome segregation during the first meiotic division, using mouse oocytes as a model system.For that, I managed one principal research project and contributed to three others where I brought technical and scientific expertise.I applied and obtained personal funding to undertake my PhD research, that yielded 5 publications.My work was part of international collaborations where I could interact, report and participate to the project orientations with renown scientists in Europe and USA. During this competitive and fantastic working experience, I also actively contributed to the creation of a new research team, including the redaction of call for proposals, the protocols, the interaction with vendors, the negotiations of prices and the organization of the laboratory.
