As a Project Manager my primary responsibility was to lead a team of Telco designers, engineers, property and planning consultant to deliver a complete SAED service for the Ericsson/Telstra Greenfield/ Relocation projects for approximately 200-sites within NSW by including Australia first 5G network new technology. As a Project Manager I also assisted Telstra with their rapid expansion to their network with the rapid increase in services available through wireless devices, Telstra has to continually expand and upgrade its wireless network infrastructure sites across Australia to meet the demand for its wireless voice and data network.Many of these Telstra sites had different complex problems related to the property, design, and community planning. I had to work with the SAED team to resolve these problems by providing on the spot alternation solution and options Responsibilities • Liaise with contractors to provide an acquirable and technically strong site to the customer.• Manage variations, including obtaining approval from the customer.• Manage workflow of acquisition from site selection to final acceptance.• Work with external SAED contractors to deliver program of works in a timely manner.• Attend weekly project meetings to report on deliverables and KPIs.• Assist in resolving defects during acquisition, construction, and installation of sites.• Assist team members and upper management for escalated issues.• Ensure all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.• Liaises with management on overall delivery performance and optimization, pipeline and identifying resource requirements• Meeting overall forecasts, achieving target financial outcomes and quality of deliverables

Duties:• Development of the master programme • Appointment of the consultant, contractors and sub contractors• Design development process to achieve the projects time, cost and quality objectives.• Reviewing in collaboration with the Client and Consultant, the adequacy of the development plan.• Monitoring design work progress and liaison between consultants.• Monitoring the project’s overall master programme and cost..• Monitor the consultant’s submission of planning and building approvals and permits.• Monitoring the preparation of contract documentation.• Managing the work of all the team of consultants and contractors.• Initiating and directing the maintenance of efficient expenditure control systems.• Managing the project to meet the time, cost and quality objectives.• Monitoring the overall site construction with the view of forecasting problems for their prevention.• Close monitoring of all potential cost and time variations to the contracts.• Monitoring of receipt of all necessary as-built drawings, operation and repair manuals, and all guarantees and warranties. • Managing contract creation, execution and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance while reducing financial risk.

Duties:• Help in managing all project aspects from Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing.• Responsible for the electrical design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for authority and clients approval• Responsible for the design review of the electrical services • Preparation of electrical design calculations, drawings, and specifications documents for the design projects• Researching and developing ideas for Electrical design systems• Ensure that the design implements all engineering standards, policies and procedures • Liaising with client on a regular basis to ensure the successful design to agreed budgets and time frames. • Control and maintain the design standard of the products.• Providing design support at all stages of the design process• Coordination with other disciplines as applicable for the continuity of the design.• Assist field engineers and maintenance technicians; provide technical support during construction phase; resolve site construction and maintenance problems.

Duties• Review shop drawings, material submittals, on-site method of execution, and technical calculations.• Implement policies, established procedures and expedite workflow• Ensure adherence to all contractual specifications, drawings and also regional standards and global codes.• Ensure and guarantee quality and engineering best practices are preformed on shop drawing and construction site work.• Test and commission electrical components and final snagging for all electrical devices for proper functionality.• Provide technical assistance in the analysis of electrical variation orders. • Resolving complex technical issues and coming up with fast efficient solutions • Ensure that all HSE procedures are met and maintained• Facilitate technical meetings to arrive at consensus with other fellow engineers to discuss issues that could potentially delay projects and provide swift solutions with no added cost or delay to the progress of work. • Track site-work progress • Respond to clarification requests from contractors and clients within a time frame. • Obtain approval from client on issues that required a final decision. • Keep records of all inspection and completed tests for all electrical work done on-site and provided quality assurance. • Communicate with contractors to resolve any queries or on-site problems.• Monitor contractors’ monthly payments.
