• Inspect shell and core premise, verify accuracy of LODs against base build provisions, snag units against for defects and follow up with necessary actions to fulfil Company's obligation of units' physical hand over.• To issue tenants with the appropriate tenant manuals, LODs, relevant development/base build supporting documents for tenants' design and application to building statutory authorities.• To convene and conduct joint inspections for unit handover to tenants.• To convene and conduct kick-off meetings and follow-up meetings to manage and facilitate with the entire design and fitting-out process.• To manage the approval process of tenants' design submittals, ensure timely turn-around of design approvals and tenants' timely submissions of design.• When required, to support the Company's team in the review and approval of tenant design submittals.• To track, monitor and chase down completion of work stages to ensure timely completion of various stages of the design and fit-out work.• To monitor site works quality and compliance with the approved design and statutory authorities' regulations.• To oversee the tenants' fit-out programs and conformance to Company's requirements.• To coordinate and liaise with other Cornerstone teams to ensure the center's key operations are not compromised.• To keep and document all processes within tenant fit-out folders for official recording of all proceedings
