• Driving Business Direction: Working with the team to achieve specific sales targets which includes all retail banking products.• Develop, manage and implement non-branch distribution channels ( out door sales & Telesales )• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities/ approaches to expand market presence.• On-going development and management of the direct sales force and RMs to ensure that maximum marketing and sales performance of Consumer Banking Division.• Business Development, through typical activities like: formulating/ implementing/ monitoring of future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships on the branch network.
