1) I am Caring and Handling all the Procurement Procedures, Logistics, Inventory Management and Inventory Control, Free Zone Custom Regulations, Serivce Delievery & Best Delivery for all ESP Inventory.2) I had built a very Strong Team in Amerya Free Zone through teaching them all the Custom process for IN and OUT ESP Shipments. Our Activiteis grew up in the first year by 75%3) I had Succeeded in to Transfer HUGE VALUES of ($20M) ESP Inventory from Napesco Custom Records to Novomet Custom Records in Free Zone within a year. 4) I had built up a Proper Procurements department with a proper Vendors list and proper KPI"S for all the Suppliers with a proper Contracts.5) I had made a Contract with a professional Transportation Company(Halim) as the most Important thing in ESP Activities is the Best Delivery and on time delivery with all the Safety Procuations.6) I had Assigned a Proper Custom Brokers for Sea and Air Freight Shipments. I Succeeded to Prevent any Custom FINES during this year througha proper Plan and Schedule for the Ordering and Custom Declaration Process on time and releasing the Shipments on time from the PORTS and Airport as well.7) We Succeeded in getting more Contracts with Some major Clients in Egypt like Eshpetco (more than 40 Wells ) & GPC and alot of trails in some Major Companies like Petrobel, KPC, AGIBA..etc8) Make all the Supply Chain Department Computerize System for Delivery Ticket, Custom Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders ,RFQ'S (No Hard Copies).9) Built a Proper Data Base for all " IN" and "OUT" ESP Equipment to All the Clients( Delivery Ticket) and from the Clients( by Cargo Manifest )as well.

- Manage and Maintain $30 Million Inventory for Artificial Lift in Middle East including Cables, Finish Goods (Modern Technology),Spare Parts for Repair ESP, Consumables, Salvage.- Manage 25 Persons in my division Including ( Forklift Drivers, Storekeepers, Material Supervisors, Custom Officers, Procurement Offices and Consumables persons.- No Discrepancies in my Inventory Annual Physical Count For last Four years (Zero Discrepancies).- Train a lot of my reporters for regular Physical Count to update our inventory with the Current Inventory Levels and Ordering levels to avoid any missing order or/and delay to avoid any Penalties according to our Contracts Obligations.- Manage and Maintain Gemsa Consumables at Gemsa Site by $1Million inventory For CDPS.- Manage and Maintain Abu Rudies Inventory for Petrobel ( Main and Biggest Client in Egypt) by $3 Millions at Abu Rudies Site to cover Consignment Stock Contract.- I'm Certified as an Internal Quality Auditor for all Quality Issues related to Non-Conforming Items, Monitoring, Documents Control, Labelling, DOM, Expire Date for Self life Items.- EEG Champion for SIPP for Three years ( TTT) Train The Trainer.- LPT for EEG for one year and give a lot of Courses for most of EEG /Slb Employees.- Reduce the Non-Movable Inventory by $ 3 Millions through Stop ordering some Parts to we use and RE- Manufactures the Non-Movable items first to Improve Inventory Days, Inventory Turn Over, and Reduce the Total Value of Inventory over all and make it Healthy Inventory.- Reduce the Slow Moving Inventory by $5Millions.
