 Assessment and Evaluation of current departmental organization and preparing Technical Affairs department new organization chart. Analyzing current and expected workloads, Evaluating existing resources and identifying gaps to fill through recruiting new qualified candidates to join TMG team at various levels. Exploring the various functions within the organization including marketing, sales, construction, and interior design with the aim of improving lines of communications to achieve higher level of coordination efficiency and improve quality of the real estate product. Utilizing document monitoring and reporting BIIM 360 to follow up and enhance staff performance while supporting the team in expediting pending issues to ensure projects are on track and mitigate unnecessary delays.  Representing TMG in meetings with high-level stakeholders including consultants, governmental partners and authorities.  Overseeing the master planning and architectural design efforts through a reputable list of international consultants to achieve TMG visionary signature community living embracing smart city sustainable solutions to for the following projects:- SOUTHMED North coast TMG new ambitious transformative destination in Egypt’s North coast covers over 23 million square meters. The program comprises an inland marina, luxury villas, apartment buildings, lagoons, 18-hole golf course, entertainment areas including theme park, events and cultural village, 2 five state hotels, boutique hotels. All spread across challenging surface terrain landscape and massive marine works and lagoons.- BANAN, KSA: TMG’s first venture development in the Kingdom covers 10 million sqm in Al Forsan District, Rhyah. The program intends to recreate TMG;s vision in creating residential districts with all its necessary services, a commercial mixed use business district - TMG’s ongoing projects including city developments of the size of NOOR, Madinaty, and Rehab.

Position: Executive Director-Campus Planning Office Responsible for Capital Transformative Projects of AUC Next 100 Future Vision: Future Expansion Master Plan (Value: US$ 90 million):─ Managing International renowned campus planners Beyer, Blender, Belle, BBB and Local Sites International to the issuance of the final master plan report, and the preparation of the documents necessary for obtaining the ministerial decree.- Transforming AUC Learning Spaces into a state-of-the-art interactive learning experience, (Value USD 20 million):-Managing International Consultants HASSEL-Dudgedale through an exercise that formed the base for successful execution of 4-pilot classrooms equipped interactive technologies as a nucleus for developing all the university learning spaces over a five-year longer-term plan.- Overseeing the preparation of the Interior Design Guidelines with International Consultants HASSEL. An exercise that covered:-Development of the Off-Campus Residences through a Turn Key exercise under FIDIC Silver Book (Value18 million US) Management of the Campus Planning Office: - Management of the Office responsible for the Design of the yearly small projects plan projects including refurbishment, remodeling of interior spaces to cater for a changing academic operational campus. (Value: 3 million US$).- Management of University stakeholders including Board of trustees, Faculty, Operations, Security and Health and Safety offices through receiving space modification requests, collecting requirements, defining scopes and securing necessary approvals while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the process. Support to various University Activities such as campus reopening to return safely a community of 6000 students and faculty during a global pandemic of Covid-19 and hosting annual events such as yearly Commencement.

 Leading QD design management efforts on site to realize quality, budget and time objectives: Liaise with the Operator, Starwood design requirements. Supervising the project manager’s and consultant (local and international) teams. Follow up design packages of SPA and J&G Steakhouse restaurant, façade testing and peer review. Formulate the project hand-over process with the Project manager, consultants, contractor and operator Assessing claims, approving invoices, member of tender committees Kitchen and Laundry (14 million US$) - facade (3 packages over 25 million US$). Managing procurement and delivery of unpurchased OSE items (EGP 3.5 million) with success in saving more than 0.5 million EGP through negotiating with both the operator and vendors.  Managing procurement and delivery of IT soft and hardware (1.3 million US$) liaising with Operator, vendors and QD contracts and Finance. Manage FFE&OSE (70 million US$ package) delivery and installation team (QD procurement and logistics consultant, Freight forwarding, vendors and suppliers):  Formulating FFE/OSE procurement strategy with int’l procurement agency, Chris Garrod and QD procurement.  Managing on local vendors’ production, quality and deliveries. Coordinating activities related to customs clearance of FFE /OSE shipments. Lead the purchasing task team and budget control for Staging and Accessories package (200K US$ ) for the SR Hotel Liaising with governmental entities such as Ministry of Tourism and customs authorities.Success stories:  Saving 1.5 million US$ (uncontested by the contractor) wrongly allocated to QD on white goods package through in-depth knowledge and correct interpretation of the design documents.  Success story: Enabling the project opening dates by substituting hotel fabrics with alternative fabrics from residential component of the project when banned Fabric shipments were rejected by customs authorities.

 Address problems that impede site progress including resolving design constructability difficulties. Assume the International main designer’s roles and responsibilities (in his absence) in leading design coordination exercises in the hotel main public areas spaces solving design problems that may have delayed the project for months. Mediate and direct the technical conflicts between consultants, contractors.  Monitor closely all trades technical coordination process. Manage, distribute, monitor, support decision making during the submittal process (RFIs, Shop drawings, materials submittals) throughout its life cycle.  Value Engineering initiatives, evaluation of contractor’s claims, Qualifying vendors and suppliers. Façade technical manager (methodology, submissions, approvals and façade testing)  Chair technical and progress meetings.  Support the QPM planning team in monitoring the contractor’s schedule and preparing status reports. Follow up BIM modeling with specialists Hochteif.

Management of Marassi-North Coast Master Plan- Managing the design process through controlling and following up the flow of information between parties including consultants, site construction activities, and Client.- Short Listing and pre-qualifying consultants (Marassi & Uptown Cairo).- Preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFP) to be issued to various consultants to bid in various disciplines covering the master plan.- Preparation of Evaluation Reports of bidding consultants technical and financial proposals (Marassi & Uptown Cairo).-Participation in Preparation of the Consultants Contracts (Scope identification-Time schedules-Payments).- Updating design progress reports and schedules.- Review and Approving of consultants payments - Part of Contract negotiation and Claim Settlement team.- Chairing multidiscipline Design meetings and workshops between numerous local and International consultants.- Review Consultants design documents for completion.

Group leader on several projects inlcuding ABC bank in Jordan, Hyatt hotel in Cairo and Jabal al Qalaa in KSa. Promoted to the capcity of project management in Jabal al Qalaa and a housing project in Talatona, Angola. I was responsible for a team that ranged from 3 to 15 architects and engineers with all related coorindation activities with trades, departments and ending with dealing with area and clients demands.

Participated in establishing the contractor's technical office first in Brussles then in Cairo for the Nile City project. Coordination with all trades and departments and finaly reveiw and supervision of the production of shop drawings.

Coorindation with off shore consultants, interior designer as well as on site project manager Bechtel. Review of shop drawings, responding to Contractor's queries (RFIs), Review of materail submittals through interepreting design dcouments and specifications perpared by SOM.
