Job role:• Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.• Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.• Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.• Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.• Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.• Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.• Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.• Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.• Determine and define project scope and objectives• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement• Managing the team by allocating the team members to the projects and support calls• Monitoring the team members and make sure that they are in the track for their projects and support• Execution of projects and technical implementation (offline in the LAB, and online in customer’s sites)• Technical Support (24/7): working with Service Desk to troubleshoot, and fix issues for key customers having SLA, and handling escalation to vendors if needed.• Health Check and Audit to discover issues in a proactive way, and to provide recommendations against best practices.
