Description:Coordinate system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing.Oversees all transitions into production.Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines.Create and maintain technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution.Manage and document system configurations.Assist in establishing and implementing configuration management program and policies.Troubleshoot and debug environment and infrastructure problems found in the production and non-production environments.Assist in managing the corporate systems in a racked Windows/Intel environment, including the following: Windows Server 2003 - 2008 , Active Directory, MS Exchange , Terminal Services - citrix , DNS services, spam filters, intrusion detection systems , Proxy Servers - TMG 2010 and VMWare servers.Automate systems monitoring tasks using monitoring tools.Data backup management, scheduling and reporting.
