- Evaluating the data flow process in mission projects and developing Standard Operating Procedures accordingly.- Designing and implementing data collection, compilation, reporting, and validation procedures and monitoring their quality.- Ensuring the availability of data and controlling the quality, relevance, and accuracy of data during the collection, compilation, and reporting at each stage of the data process.- Supervising the technical aspects in Data Management and proposing improvements according to thenecessities and dynamics of the project.- Ensuring communication and information sharing on relevant issues with the project personal- Participating in operational research, surveys, analysis, etc. planned for the project.- Identify training needs and ensuring the proper and continuous training of all data management staff (new and current).- Developing and regularly updating the M&E guidelines of the project in collaboration with the country medical coordinator.- Maintaining regular contact and feedback with the referents in the field (Hierarchical and Technical) and the coordination on any questions or issues that can arise.- Supervise the activities of data officers and data operators and giving technical support to registration clerks and other data filling staff.- Guaranteeing the confidentiality of all medical information and ensuring its safety through a proper data backup system.- Provide assistance and support in all data-related activities in the projects upon request.

- Creating and adapting new comprehensive databases for data management that will be required for the project whenever needed, and ensuring their wellbeing, functionality, and centralization. - Developing data collection tools and practices necessary to feed the system, providing these collection tools to the relevant staff and training them in order to facilitate and strengthen the quality of data collection and aggregation.- Working on data analysis in collaboration with relevant team members.- Providing regular statistical reports as well as informing the relevant personnel of any missing information and differences in data.- Updating/processing regularly the currently used databases within the project.

- Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management.- Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.- Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.

- Build database solutions to ease the reporting from several data channels to help in fundraising for all youth initiatives.- Responsible for managing different SQL server instances distributed over 10 offices in the country.- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Implement custom processes for data cleansing and transformation.- Utilize multiple tools and programs to analyze and convert source data to a standardized format.- Perform data quality control reviews and data assessments to identify trends and anomalies.
