▫️ Daily manage cash in and out needed▫️ Daily record all transactions on ERP system (Oracle and Sun System)▫️ Monthly prepare analysis for expenses and revenues▫️ Assist with Month-end closing▫️ Prepare bank deposits and tax payments▫️ Process credit card payments▫️ Create detailed Journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses▫️ Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate▫️ Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost▫️ Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly▫️ Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for▫️ Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time▫️ Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties

▫️ Daily record all transactions on ERP system (SalesBuzz)▫️ Daily Manage Cash In and Out needed▫️ Daily Keep and follow all new sales orders▫️ Create new customer and get the legal docs▫️ Modify and update the customer registeration (Customer's Name, ID, Address, Visit Date and agreed payment terms and methods,)▫️ Prepare and ensure from sending the aging report by weekly basis or on request▫️ Reconcile and review the customer ledgers.▫️ Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.▫️ Adjust and maintain the customer balances by all kinds of deduction▫️ File and Keep in a good way copy for all docs (sales invoice, collection proof, withholding tax receipt, sales orders,)▫️ Adjust and maintain the Sales Representative's Route Plan ▫️ Daily Review the Cash Collection of Sales Representatives▫️ Perform monthly and annual reconciliation.▫️ Update Accounts Receivable and issue invoices▫️ Update Accounts Payable and perform reconciliations▫️ Prepare Bank Deposits and Tax Payments▫️ Assist with Month-end closing
