• Accountable for multiple Enterprise customers across Mobile Networks portfolio, carrying independent sales targets.• Identify and develop significant business opportunities by interpreting critical internal or external business information such as customer needs, Nokia's portfolio, competitive landscape, etc.• Build a long-term relationship with customer’s C-level and senior executives understanding their objectives, challenges and contributes to the corporate goals and to increase own effectiveness.• Drive sales, pre-sales and other functions based on in-depth organizational understanding (Mode of Operations, processes, etc) and develops competitive and innovative offers that deliver considerable value to customers and Nokia.• Actively participate in and contribute to pricing strategy and contract negotiations which generate mid-term business impact.• Lead a functional team or cross-functional business team within a defined scope (portfolio, geography, etc) with considerable resource requirements, risk, and complexity.

• Represent Microwave Product Portfolio Sales in solution selling, value argumentation & sales strategy securing Sales and Business Development targets across middle east• Increase sales through maintaining close relationship with customer’s decision makers.• Prepare the technical solution and strategy (BL related) including technical risks, attached services, upsell potential, etc• Provide offer configurations, bill of material, quantities, pricing and statement of compliance• Present & defend the technical solution in front of the customer followed by amendments (if required).

• Understand operators’ needs, market and dynamics and developing profitable service business related to Optics.• Coordinate with Solution Owners the definition and evolution of services and design new services if and when needed.• Pre-sales service readiness by defining SoW, costing model, associated workload and ensuring implementation within quotation tools.• Provide solution trainings to global pre-sales and services teams to understand the new developed services, how to customize them for customer request and how to calculate their costs.• Interface with Carriers Business Units to ensure consistency in service/product vision and delivery, with Regional Units for services sales and market knowledge.

• Analyze the customer needs from RFP/RFI/RFQ /unsolicited requests and translating them into optimized backhaul solutions (IP/MPLS, Packet Optical) for 2G, 3G and LTE networks designs fully addressing the customer needs.

• Design and troubleshoot the DCN plan for transmission equipment

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, upgrading, and configuring of Ericsson/Marconi transmission equipment
