Overseeing this function, the purpose of the Business Partnering function is to provide expert HR knowledge to partners across the bank. The function is responsible for successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the bank with a data-driven mindset. The roles are aligned to the bank’s values and business strategy and achieves commercial goals through the delivery and implementation of HR strategies.- Performance, Culture, Engagement and Employee Relations:Has responsibility for shaping the right culture and organizational conditions for the bank’s human capital in order to reach its optimal potential. This involves orchestrating the design and implementation of culture programs, initiatives and engagement strategies to help create and invest in a high-performing culture. This role works across the bank and functional leadership to create alignment and maximize the unique culture assets that enable the bank to achieve its goals.- Analytics, Insights and Compliance:Focused on generating insight for not only HR colleagues but also leaders across the business using, at its core, people data that is merged and augmented with other sources of data to drive greater performance, competitive advantage and compliance in a sustainable manner.- Resource Management:Manages the various talent capabilities and experiences of people resources effectively. It involves planning so that the right resources are assigned to the right tasks.
