 Managed 8 direct and in-kind grants with a value of more than USD 1.1 million for various public and private grantees such as service providers, suppliers, universities, banks, microfinance institutions, and non-profit organizations.  Organized and managed internship programs to help youth, women and people with disabilities to find better job opportunities in water sector, aiming to secure 90 employment and internship opportunities. Organized and managed the development of digital platforms within the agricultural and municipal sectors to promote the adoption of products that enhance climate change adaptation and increase water use efficiency, through providing end users with the relevant technical assistance, information, awareness campaigns, marketplaces, aggregators, and access to finance services, resulted in 100 K reaches with 40% adoption from them.  Organized and managed business acceleration program to secure investments such as equity investments, soft loans, and mass sales deals, for 8 startups and MSMEs that provide innovative green solutions in the water sector, with a target of 500 k USD of investments.  Supported 50 startups and MSMEs that provides green solutions in water conservation sector through business coaching and mentorship, capacity building, organizational development, marketing plans and strategies, to increase their sales, and investment readiness. Improving the access to finance services within the agricultural and municipal sectors through improving the loans management systems, loans application process, improving loans portfolio management, and marketing the soft loans products that are directed toward increasing the adaptation of climate change and purchasing innovative and smart water saving technologies and irrigation systems, resulted in disbursement of 200 loans tickets and decreasing the default rate to 5%.

 Organized and managed a program in entrepreneurship development funded by the European Union (EU), leading to support for 6 entrepreneurs and startups. Organized and managed innovation programs, leading to support 8 entrepreneurs to build their innovative prototypes. Organized and managed 3 cohorts within the Jordan12 Entrepreneurship Enablement and Development Program in partnership with iPARK & Impact MENA, funded by Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund (ISSF) in 2 tracks. This resulted in support for 89 entrepreneurs and startups and facilitated investment of USD 100K. Supported 10 corporate members of JEA to mobilize total grants of JOD 250K to implement projects for exporting their services. Implemented a project for Capacity building of Women and Youth Engineers in Climate and Energy with funding from Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), Germany. Qualified 60 members of JEA in writing policy papers in the fields of climate change and renewable energy. Obtained funding of JOD 733K from Technical & Vocational Skills Development Commission – Ministry of Labor and as project manager, implemented a project for capacity building of Jordanian engineers for the German market as a part of export of services covering areas of German language, German culture, soft skills, and technical writing leading to qualification of 2800 engineers. Organized a 6-month program to train a cohort of JEA members in full stack programming and freelancing skills, under the Youth Technology & Jobs (YTJ) project funded by the World Bank.  Initiated 3 partnership MOUs with the Engineering Associations in Georgia, Kenya and Ruanda aiming to export the services of JEA corporate and individual members. Established an Innovation Lab for providing digital fabrication training in the premises of JEA. Served as Judge in various Entrepreneurship, hackathons, competitions, and innovation Programs.
