Handling technical and after sales support For Egypt and Africa market Reporting to Branch Commercial and Technical Manager• Technical Support for Distributor, Dealers & Fleets• Monitor tires performance (BS/FS and Competitors)• Launch and monitor new tires performance• Supporting new products development• Collecting market information and trend through regular market surveys• Quality assurance by damaged tires claim analysis, annual scrap survey, test tires tracking and VOC• Responsible for supporting and training customers on using BS Toolbox tire management & tracking software, tire maintenance and basic knowledge• Regular Fleet visits to support value selling and total solution package offers

• Initiate tire tracking and management system• Responsible for tire management in all company locations• Provide monthly tire statistics (consumption rate, failure rate...etc)• Initiate and monitor tire purchasing and consumption within approved tire budget• Provide technical failure analysis reports for failed tires• Provide solutions for common tire failure modes• Provide analysis for tire parameters effect to Cost/km ( tire brand , size , position , loads , project type , routes…etc)• Achieve tire KPIs (Cost/km, Failure rates, Fleet downtime)• Report tire team performance monthly

Handling technical support for Off The Road, Truck and Passenger tiresReporting to Fleet Sales & Technical Director•OFF-THE-ROAD Tires Follow up and customer’s technical support for proper tire selection and maintenance•Claim Inspection and claim data analysis (All tire groups)•Customer’s technical support (Pattern selection, proper inflation pressure, workshop tools selection& tire problems solving)•Give customer technical training: Basic tire knowledge, proper tire repair and tire & rim maintenance•Make tire check service, scrap analysis reports, action plans and recommendations to enhance tire performance•Apply business solution for customers to reduce tire budget•Assist in marketing activities (research and campaigns)
