• Manage & Lead the ERP implementation SAP SuccessFactors
• Responsible for HR activities including recruitment and selection, job description, Personnel, Compensation and benefits, Social Insurance and Labor Office, Medical Insurance, Learning, implement & on job training for.
• Participates with the top management in setting short- and long-term business strategies from the HR Perspective for achieving the company’s objectives. and follow implementation
• Create analysis data reports for recruitment to reduce turnover rate
• Plan & monitor the team building and succession planning for HR Department.

• Participates with the top management in setting short- and long-term business strategies from the HR Perspective for achieving the company’s objectives. and follow implementation
• Cascade and communicate the HR department’s (KPIs) for monitoring the performance of sections and units under supervision.
• Review and Modify budget for the Department in coordination with the topmanagement & Finance Department at the company to be submitted toManagement for review and approval.
• Manage and follow up the implementation of various HRM systems such as: recruitment, hiring, staff retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recognition, Employees performance appraisal, personnel.
