As a Finance Manager at AIESEC in Egypt, I was responsible for managing the budgets of 19 local chapters and leading a team of 19 members. My key responsibilities included:- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the budgets of 19 local chapters, ensuring that all expenses are properly authorized, recorded, and reported in a timely and accurate manner.- Financial Planning and Analysis: Responsible for developing financial plans and forecasts for the organization, including cash flow projections, revenue and expense analysis, and other financial metrics.- Risk Management: Responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks, including currency exchange risk, credit risk, and other financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability.- Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and presenting them to senior management and other stakeholders.- Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and regulations, accounting standards, and other financial reporting requirements.- Team Management: Responsible for managing and coaching the team, monitoring their performance and providing feedback to help them improve their skills, and supporting their professional development.

- Qualify leads as sales opportunities- Assisting the team in developing a new client base through identifying potential clients in the target market and researching the market trends to identify the customer demand for the proposed products and services- Stay up-to-date with new products/services- Coordinate with management to research, identify, analyze and execute new business initiatives- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services to increase customer satisfaction- Participate in executive events and meetings to represent the company- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities while maintaining long-term trusting relationships with existing clients- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders- Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news- Collect customer requirements and business data to develop a business plan that meets these requirements- Work with the internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategiesReport sales results to management on a regular basis- Coordinate with management to review and improvise the relevant business development activities
