Khaled Saba is an Investment Banker with over 30 years of international executive experience and a wide network in the Industry in Egypt, MENA, South Asia and Europe. Experience covers a successful track record in business development and operation of large telecom ventures, and in executing high profile capital markets and M&A transactions. For six years, Khaled headed Strategy at Orascom Telecom, until 2008, where he had executed several high profile transactions for OT in Iraq, Bangladesh, Italy, Belgium, Egypt and Congo. During his tenure at Orascom Telecom, Khaled concurrently founded and headed the Commercial Operations Group that had spearheaded a wide number of projects, which accelerated subscribers’ acquisition, revenues and profitability in a number of key OT markets, especially in Algeria and Pakistan.From 2009 until 2012, Khaled was the Head of Investment Banking at Beltone Financial. During his term, Beltone Investment Banking has executed nine capital markets, debt and M&A transactions in real estate, auto industry, chemicals and others, worth EGP 20 billion. Previously, he headed Investment Banking at the Arab Banking Corporation in Egypt and co-headed Research at EFG-Hermes. Khaled has an MBA in Int’l Business and Marketing and a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
