- Reports to Egypt & Sudan HR Director

- Supports management and collaborates with other functions in HR to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges. - Partners with local management to share knowledge of global, regional, and local policies and regulations to understand implications for the business. - Requires a focus on tactical and delivery aspects of employee engagement, organization and team effectiveness, performance management, career development and compensation. - Supports services and programs that are administered locally. - Assists managers and employees with report generation and interpretation of data. - Prepares high level analysis and conducts related conversations with managers to analyze and forecast the impact to planned people management actions. - Interacts and liaises with Global Human Resources Operations (GHRO) for support with HR operations and data analysis. - Coordinates with GHRO to follow global processes and leverages GHRO for HR data management, reporting, etc. - Receives and responds to escalations from GHRO. - Supports employee relations by handling cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.

- HR Generalist On Loan / International Short Term Assignment For Halliburton Basra,Iraq. -Staffing Locals, Expats and Commuters- Responsible for International Hires, transfers and relocation To Iraq. -Compensation and benefits -Training and development-Employee relations-Provides support to line management regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures. -Assists in coaching and counselling management regarding resolution of sensitive employee-related matters. -Provide guidance and Training to fellow Colleagues Regarding our System and Pay structure.-Providing orientation to New Hires regarding the company's procedures and practices.- When internal conflicts arise, responsible for mediation and conflict resolution among staff.-Administration of the Hiring/termination process.- Creation of HR monthly reports both headcount and score Card.-Exit interviewing any of the employees resigning or such to identify reasons of leaving the company as well as controlling the turnover rate of our employees.-Calculation and management of the End of service process of the employees.-Auditing over our employee's documents and records on both SAP and hard copies.-Identifying/Advising the proper placement for new hires as well as promotions according to both the company’s policies and the history of the employees already working in the company and their history to avoid conflict and salary compression remedies.
