Business Development Manager
CurrentKey Responsibilities: ▪ Retaining key focus on business development, planning, implementing and coordinating sales activities to achieve sales and gross profit margins.▪ Driving continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and eliminating errors in the order securing process, resolving issues and upgrading spare parts by co-coordinating with the counterpart.▪ Contributing to commercial and pricing decisions, leading contracts negotiation and strategic alliances, liaising with the client and participating in technical meetings and discussions.▪ Handling online tenders and submissions, ascertaining key commercial considerations while submitting bids and ensuring overall competitiveness to secure the business in the company's favor. ▪ Demonstrating the highest level of personalized service to customers, tracking the quality of operations, and managed expectations of the owners and clients as needed.▪ Nurturing relationships with strategic partners, reinforcing unique value propositions to the clients and met both individual and team targets proactively.▪ Assessing competitor activities, gathering market intelligence, managing the business development lifecycle and supply chain function from prospecting to closure.▪ Delivering sales and account growth, servicing all aspects of the sales plan across designated key accounts and business prospects.
