Last 17 years working for Vodafone Egypt in different areas in the IT (Development / Datacenter) as a Business analyst, Project Manager, Senior Supervisor, Team Leader and Application Support/Operation Manager.• Strong leadership and people/resource management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent supervisory skills including hiring, payroll and others. • Strong experience in CRM / Billing, ERP, Retail Application, GIS, Risk Management, and Remedy applications.• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, attention to details and strong team player.• Very good record of high performance within my last employer, Vodafone. Excellent customer communication and vendor management obtained via implementing many different projects within Vodafone departments (HR, Call-Center, Marketing, Sales, Network… etc.)• Egyptian. Mother tongue is Arabic.
