- Provide technical support for Appliances products and diagnose, resolve technical issues, place outbound calls for all customers in gulf region (UAE/Oman/Kuwait/Qatar/Bahrain) with our Authorized Service Centre’s .- Analyze Technical data and ensure that the service policies and procedures are implemented. - Update customer data base and directly Handle VVIP customers.
