• Receive custody contract from (Branches and Brokerages companies), check contract documents, register new client on MCDR system and record the client on custody database.• Monitor the client`s "hold for sale" orders during the stock exchange session, through the MCDR system.• Send all the executed transactions to MCDR for the settlement of shares/bonds on the MCDR system.• Process "Transfer in" transactions after ensuring that the client is contracted and accept any transfer in from MCDR or other custodians for the contracted clients.• Execute the "Transfer out" transactions after receiving the client request and settle any due fees and commissions, then send the shares on the MCDR system to the related custodian.
