Cultivated and fostered a productive joint environment where roles and responsibilities were clearly defined and where job satisfaction and quality delivery were pursued. Took active steps to improve understanding and cooperation among faculty and staff from the various partner organizations. Assisted the LTD members in determining that course curricula and materials implemented by contracted teachers help students reach mastery of a task list (aligned with their course objectives) and achieve higher levels of proficiency. Analyzed course critiques and recommended course modifications. Prepared narrative reports and statistical tables for higher command. Led and motivated a team of academic specialists, highly inexperienced in the field of curriculum design, to take on a monumental task of devising and publishing, in just six weeks, a 28-week, generic curriculum for four intermediate level language courses in target languages none of us spoke. My motivational skills were manifested in the tremendous effort exerted by everyone at the LTD site. Show less
