With a lifelong love of sports and a background in Health and Fitness, I am a qualified Teacher, Coach, Personal Trainer and have always been passionate about helping people reach their goals. With over 7 years' experience across various educational settings, I am currently the PE Specialist at a primary school where I design the curriculum and plan and implement engaging lessons throughout the year groups. Furthermore, I advocate for sports engagement and promote opportunities for participation within both the student body and for the broader community.
