* Coordinate with the Sector heads of Large Corporate, SMEs and GTB to align their reporting & performance analysis requirements. * Ensure adequately supporting requests for all heads* Ensure consistency across reporting & performance analysis across all teams (LCs, SMEs and GTB)* Supervise and coordinate teams in charge of preparing and issuing business reports for LC, SMEs and GTB divisions; propose enhancements to reporting templates & enrich with insights/findings* Responsible & accountable for report reconciliations with Finance and customization for each segment's needs* Provide guidance and direction to team; assess their performance as well as the function’s overall performance on a regular basis* Supervise building up and maintaining data catalog and business glossary for wholesale data domains* Monitor data quality within data domains and recommend actions to remediate issues.

Strategy and Business Development:* Identification of new markets and product opportunities, including potential alliances* Develop and implement a transformational strategy to integrate and optimize the role of coverage team to the overall customer acquisition-sell and profitability mandate across the SME client base* Setting sales target and monitoring customer acquisition and retention to maximize performance of SME network* Generating, assignment and tracking of leads, performance management and reporting models* Contributing to the development and execution of the strategic objectives of Business banking in conjunction with the other functions* Providing clear strategic guidance to the Business and Finance to ensure that all financial reporting incorporates strategic / business development initiatives Products and Propositions:* Develop the lending, deposit and transactional banking strategy and manage the product range across the segment, ensuring the business remains competitive while achieving its stated balance sheet and income objectives* Establish and Develop a unique value propositions to satisfy needs of the "Very Small" companies* Design specialized products, lending program and products bundling* Design and Develop Non-financial advisory products to add value for clients and become differentiated in the market

Financial & Analytical: •Leading and mentoring a team of analysts looking after Corporate and Business Banking clusters to provide high quality management information services to the Bank’s top management, corporate coverage teams, regional office and CBE adding business value and actionable insights. This has been achieved by developing a best in class analytic unit focused on customer insights and decision making. •Working closely with Finance team to prepare the Short / Medium Term Plan for Corporate and Business Banking as well as all business aspirations / new products are embedded.•Driving overall Corporate Banking performance by conducting business portfolio analysis, providing support & managing statistical models to drive corporate decision making.•Supporting stakeholders with the required data presentation and financial reports•Enhancing the current reporting system to adapt with the numerous challenges of the data production.•Driving the business team to achieve their individual targets through the development, construction and enhancement of monthly scorecards providing an in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial aspects, deliverables and activities (Income at client / RM level , Number of Calls, KYC Updates, Assets/ Liabilities volumes, repayment schedules, current utilization, limits approved yet pending securities perfection,…etc.) Governance and Control:•Drive and own KYC / FATCA remediation projects and challenge coverage teams to achieve desired targets and collaborate with stakeholders upon business’s behalf in periodic STEERCO meetings ensuring that all issues which hinder progress are adequately handled.•Drive and own the Risk Control Assessment process and actively challenge Operational Risk Management and relevant stakeholders on all inapplicable in-country risks and ensure that all participants provide accurate feedback to give a clear picture on all relevant risks and how to work around and/or eliminate the risks.

• Production of the following reports and liaise it to the Credit Risk Director :i. Industries Sector Analysis ii. General Provisionsiii. CBE reports • Monitoring & control of a defined portfolio of a high value, complex and sophisticated customer connections, to ensure adherence to terms & conditions of sanctions, identify any areas within the portfolio that are cause for concern.• Oversee Customers’ Covenants sheets, Review management accounts analysis to ensure adherence to the sanctioned covenants • Undertake full sanction maintenance in relation to limit, expiry date, security cover, loan repayments, interest rates/ CHDB.• Immediate report of any breaches / irregularities to Corporate Credit Director & Corporate Banking Director. • Production of a monthly report pertaining to loans’ installments that will fall due within the next two months.• Production of a monthly report pertaining to advances that will expire within the next two months.• Review facility letter draft to ensure that all terms, conditions and covenants are included.

• Act as a principal point of contact with customers on day to day relationship issues.• Develop and revise on monthly basis Customer Relationship Plan by comparing the actual monthly figures versus budget and variances to be analyzed.• Proactively manage level of customer service and satisfaction by identifying the convenient product that adds value for both parties customer and bank• Monitor leads and co-ordinate information overall portfolio and find out the potentials that may arise.• Assist in creation of Credit Applications.• Analyze historic and projected financial information to identify key issues and monitor compliance with financials covenants and sanction's terms & conditions • Prepare facility letters and co-ordinate execution & perfection of security package documentation.• Ensure that drawdown of facilities is matched for the purpose of the loan.• Support review of risk reports.• Opening new corporate accounts and ensure that are compliant in terms of KYC policy

• Handling and executing customer's Inward / Outward Transfers • Issuing Bank Drafts, Certified Cheques , International Money Orders , Travelers Cheques• Cheques Collections in both Local and Foreign currencies• Opening new accounts for both Retail and Corporate and ensure that obtained documents are compliant with both Barclays KYC policies and Central Bank of Egypt regulations• Handling VIP customer's requests (i.e. Embassies, Prestige and Premier Customers) inquires.
